A little bit about me (and a lot about drinks!)
My passion for drinks started at 35,000 feet, travelling the world with British Airways, pouring drinks for customers from royalty to rock stars and exploring vineyards along the way. From there, I spent four years as part of the Waitrose Drinks Experiences team, helping to develop at-home wine, gin and whisky tasting experiences, presenting online tastings to thousands of customers during lockdown and helping to grow the much-loved Waitrose Drinks Festival into an even bigger and more successful event. Along the way, I've been lucky enough to work with some incredible names, including Moët & Chandon, Captain Morgan and Pernod Ricard, learning from the experts behind the bottles and discovering the stories, craftsmanship and flavours that make great drinks so interesting.
Since then, I've managed events and experiences for vineyards, breweries, distilleries and drinks brands, as well as curating and managing drinks experiences for private parties and corporate events. I'm WSET qualified in both wine and spirits, and for me, great drinks are about bringing people together, sharing a little knowledge and having a really good time. After having my son in 2023, I wanted to find a way to spend more time with him while continuing to do what I love. So, I finally took the plunge and created Good Measure in 2026, offering hosted wine tastings, cocktail experiences, food and wine pairing events and professional bartending, all tailored to bring something a little special to your occasion.
